Master Skin with Permanent Left Sidebar 3.1.4

This is the master, or default, skin with an added permanent left siderbar. The sidebar is designed to look like the collapsible right sidebar for continued continuity. It will globally appear on every page and must be edited out if you wish to hide it. In the next release an option will be added to hide the sidebar at will.
